How it works
Get your pass
Emailed to you each month on your membership anniversary date. Valid straight away.
Bring your mate in
Come in together and check in at the front desk. Show your pass — staff redeem it on the spot.
Climb together
Your guest signs the waiver and does our standard induction (if they haven't already). Then you're both good to go.
The details
Your pass covers entry only — gear hire, classes, courses, coaching and events aren't included.
You need to be there. The pass can't be used by your guest on their own.
One pass at a time. Each pass is valid until your next one is issued. Unused passes don't roll over.
Guests under 18 need a waiver completed by a parent or guardian, and our usual youth supervision rules apply.
Entry is subject to capacity — we may limit guest pass entry during peak times, comps or private events.

Yes. There are no restrictions on who your guest is or when they last visited.

No — it's for a guest only, and you need to come in with them.
PS: if’ve you received the voucher, means you are a memer already and don’t need to pay entry fee anyway. -
It expires when your next pass is issued. Passes don't accumulate, so make the most of it each month.

On the same day of the month your membership started. If that date doesn't exist in a given month, you'll get it on the last day of that month.

Passes are only issued while your membership is active and up to date.

Yes, climbing gear is required for climbing at UJ.
Gear hire isn't included in the pass, but they can hire shoes and a harness at the desk as usual. It’s just $10 if they need the lot: shoes & harness.

The pass entitles one (1) guest to one (1) standard entry at Urban Jungle, free of charge. There are no restrictions on who the guest may be.
The member must be present and checked in at the same time as their guest. The pass cannot be used by the guest on their own.
The guest must complete an Urban Jungle waiver before climbing. Guests under 18 must have the waiver completed by a parent or legal guardian, and must be supervised in line with our standard youth supervision policy.
The guest must complete our standard induction before climbing.
The pass covers entry only. Gear hire, courses, classes, coaching and events are not included.
Passes are issued monthly on the anniversary date of the membership start date. Where a month does not include that date, the pass is issued on the last day of that month.
A pass is valid from the date it is issued until the next pass is issued. Unused passes expire at that point and do not accumulate — a member can only ever hold one pass at a time.
Passes are issued while the membership is active and not suspended or in arrears.
Passes have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, redeemed for cash, applied to the member's own entry, or combined with any other offer, discount or promotion.
Entry is subject to capacity. Urban Jungle may limit or decline guest pass entry during peak periods, competitions or private events.
All guests must comply with our facility rules and staff instructions. Entry may be refused or revoked at Urban Jungle's discretion.
Urban Jungle may amend, suspend or withdraw this offer at any time. Passes obtained or used in breach of these terms are void.
