Booking Details
Group Size: Minimum 12 participants per session
Duration: Up to 2 hours per session
Pricing: $16 per student per session (Minimum charge of $192 per session)
Included: Climbing gear rental (harness, shoes, chalk)
Optional: Abseiling available upon request ($50 per session)
How to Book
Booking your school group session is easy! Simply contact us at least three weeks in advance to secure your preferred date and time. We'll take care of the rest, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for both you and your students.
Contact Us: Provide your preferred dates, times, and the number of participants.
Confirm Your Booking: We'll send a confirmation email once your booking is secured.
Prepare for Your Session: Submit the participant list and completed waiver forms at least three days prior to the session.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please notify us at least 14 days in advance to avoid a cancellation fee of $192. Any changes to the booking should also be communicated within this timeframe to ensure we can accommodate your needs.

Everything you need to have an awesome time including shoes & harnesses for climbers and a harness for belayers. Plus
2 hrs of fun!
A table reserved just for you
And a belay induction to keep everyone safe.

If the students are over 12 they can belay each other. If not then you’d need extra staff/parents to get involved. We recommend a minimum of one belayer for every two climbers.

You will be invoiced after all sessions are completed.

The waiver is an online form found on our website's home page.
This needs to be filled out by all climbers and belayers or their parents/guardians.

You have a whole 2 hours of climbing and fun included in your booking. There is 10-15 minutes before and after your booking allocated to set up and pack down if needed.
Within your allocated time slot your guests can enjoy rock climbing or take a break and have some birthday cake. Yum!

Please do! We encourage you to bring or order in any food for your guests to enjoy.
But don’t worry, we’ll have our coffee machine fired up for adults.
