Looking to take your group event to the next level? Whether you are a school, Scout group, sports club or workplace, Urban Jungle is the perfect place for a fun and active group outing. With thrilling climbs, supportive staff and a vibrant atmosphere, we make group adventures unforgettable.

Group Packages

2 hours of climbing fun! This is ideal for team building, end-of-season celebrations or just something different:

General Groups (12 or more participants)
Perfect for Scouts, sporting teams, youth groups, community organisations, work groups and more.

  • Pricing follows our standard birthday rates:
    $266 for the first 12 children + $18 per additional child (under 18)
    ▪ $338 for the first 12 adults + $24 per additional adult

  • Minimum charge covers 12 participants for 2 hours
    Groups with fewer than 12 people are welcome to book, but will be charged for 12 climbers

  • Includes harness and shoe hire for each participant + harnesses for belayers

  • Personalised safety induction

  • A reserved table for your group

  • 2 hour session time

Children under 12 will need adults to belay for them. There is no extra charge for belayers.

Group limits:

  • Little Climbers (4-7 years): Maximum of 12 children. Experience the thrill in a safe, supervised environment.

  • Young Explorers (8-12 years): Up to 16 children. A challenging and fun experience for young adventurers.

  • Teen and Adult Climbers (12+ years): Accommodate up to 25 participants for an unforgettable climbing party.

Starting at $266, each package includes harness and shoe rental, a reserved celebration table, and personalised induction. The first 12 children are included, and additional climbers are welcome at a nominal fee of $18 per child and $24 per adult.

How to Book

To take advantage of group pricing, bookings must be made at least 2 weeks prior to your booking date. To book:

  1. Choose your date and time from our interactive calendar or get in touch if you require a different time.

  2. Secure your spot with a $100 deposit, $50 of which is non-refundable.

  3. Look forward to a confirmation email with all the details for the day!

Before the booking

Make sure your group is ready to climb by:

  • Having all new participants complete an online waiver in advance

  • Sending through a guest list (first and last names) before the session

  • Organising adult belayers for climbers under 12

Have questions? We have answers! From decorations to refreshments, find out everything you need to know about celebrating at Urban Jungle.

  • 2 hours of climbing fun, harness and shoe hire, a personalised induction, climbing access and a reserved table for your group.

  • All climbers under 12 must have an adult belayer. We recommend a ratio of at least one adult for every 2 kids under 12.

  • After paying the initial deposit when booking, the final payment is made on the day of your booking based on the number of attendees.

  • Yes, we reserve a picnic-style table for you. This seats 8 adults comfortably or 12 small children.

  • You have a whole 2 hours of climbing and fun included in your booking. There is 10-15 minutes before and after your booking allocated to set up and pack down if needed.

  • Please do! We encourage you to bring or order in any food for your guests to enjoy.

    But don’t worry, we’ll have our coffee machine fired up for adults.

  • Safety is our number 1 priority at Urban Jungle. For this reason, we ask that you do not exceed the guest limit.

    This also ensures that every climber can make the most of their time during your event.
